Before this there was a lot of music
about surfing and dragging. Some had
just cool surfing music with no lyrics.
There also some cool drum solos to
surfing music. Don't get me wrong I do
love this music. But a new sound was
coming.
The Monkee mobiles Popularity started; when, The Monkees, were chosen, and Dean Jeffries, had to come up; with, a way out dream rod; to haul the band members. This is, the publicity photo; from the customizer; King Of Stripers; Dean Jeffries, dragging the car; and pulling the parachute. Davy Jones, Micky Dolenz, Peter Tork, along with, a gifted composer; Michael Nesmith, were chosen, to be, The Monkees, with two Monkee Mobiles; for season one and season two of The Monkees television show.
